Hopes of a New Year’s Six bowl game appearance evaporated for the Miami Hurricanes in their regular season finale.
After Saturday’s embarrassing 62-26 loss to North Carolina, Miami (8-2, 7-2 Atlantic Coast Conference) is now likely heading to the Cheez-It Bowl in Orlando, formerly known as the Camping World Bowl, or the Gator Bowl in Jacksonville. The Tar Heels are now in line to snatch the ACC’s slot in the Orange Bowl if Clemson and Notre Dame both make the College Football Playoff.
Which Big 12 opponent would the Hurricanes play if they end up at Camping World Stadium on Dec. 29?
ESPN has two analysts split in predicting the Hurricanes against Oklahoma and Texas.
