Fired nurse accused of video voyeurism while working at rehab clinic

POMPANO BEACH — A nurse has been charged with video voyeurism for allegedly setting up a hidden video camera in a public restroom at the rehab clinic where he worked.

Davidson Rozier, 33, of Lauderhill, was arrested Tuesday following a months-long investigation.

It began on Jan. 11, when another person working at 1st Step Behavioral Health in Pompano Beach discovered the mini-camera concealed inside a box of tissues on the back of the toilet in clinic’s unisex restroom, according to the arrest report.

Rozier was fired from his job that same day after clinic managers viewed the camera’s SD card and saw Rozier’s face and work badge as he stared into the lens while setting up the camera. He had worked there since July 2018, records showed.
